Group Text does not apply any kind of limitation in the app.
In some countries, the cellular carrier might have limitation to the number of recipients per text message, usually 20 and could be less if you are sending pictures. Please ask your carrier for this limitation.

My group of 35 contacts is now 2500 all the contacts on my phone-how did that happen?
